Imaam Bukhari (رحمه الله تعالى) responds to the Muslim protectors of the Queen

Upon the death of the evil Queen of England, many a Muslim have expressed their 'sadness', 'sorrow' and have even gone as far as saying 'RIP' and even performing Umrah on her behalf. *While others are using a Blessed Hadith from Saheeh Bukhari telling people not to "reveal her faults"

Saying 'RIP' or seeking forgiveness for a person who died without accepting Islam is prohibited in the Qur’aan, Ahadith and by the consensus of the Ummah, and is a danger to the Imaan of the one who utters this.

Certain Muslim scholars and organisations of the UK, have quoted the following Hadith from Bukhari on the day the Queen died:

 عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لاَ تَسُبُّوا الأَمْوَاتَ فَإِنَّهُمْ قَدْ أَفْضَوْا إِلَى مَا قَدَّمُوا ‏"‏‏.‏

Sayyidah Aa'isha (رضي الله عنها ) narrated that

Nabi (ﷺ) said, "Don't revile the dead, because they have reached the result of what they forwarded."

Sahih Bukhari

This Hadith is quoted in chapter ( باب) 97 of the book on Funerals (كتاب الجنائز), the chapter is titled:

"باب ما ينهى عنه من سب الأموات"

"The chapter on what is forbidden with regards to reviling the deceased"

The very next chapter 98 (باب) is titled:

"باب ذكر شرار الموتى"

"The chapter concerning speaking about the wicked among the dead"

The Ulama quoting this Hadith are very aware of the next chapter and the تطبيق between the two.

They purposely wish to hoodwink and blindfold the public through intentional misquotation and misinterpretation, to serve an agenda.

The great commentators of Bukhari Shareef state:

▪️ It is recorded in Umdatul Qari, under the commentary of this Hadith:

the Hadith prohibiting reviling the deceased is specific as the word الأموات has Alif Laam (ال) and it is Ahdi (عهدي). This means it specifies the ruling to the Muslims ONLY.

▪️Hadhrat Shaikh Moulana Muhammad Zakariyya Khandelwi (رحمة الله عليه) states:

It is the habit of Imaam Muhammad bin Ismaeel (رحمه الله) that if a ruling in a Hadith is general, he brings a chapter thereafter specifying and contextualising the limits of the general words, explaining that it is limited to certain conditions.

Moulana Muhammad Zakariyya Saheb continues:

If there is a fear that the public will act on or imbibe within them the incorrect actions or beliefs of the deceased one, then there is no issue in warning the public of their evil, so as to protect their beliefs."

The Hadith brought in the second chapter is:

Abu Lahab, may Allah curse him, once said to the Nabi (ﷺ), "May you perish every day ."

Then the Divine Revelation came: "Perish the hands of Abi Lahab! And may he perish!" (111:1).

In this there is proof that one can revile, narrate the evils or curse the enemies of Islam who have died.

_Don't you find it strange? :_

The Shia curse and revile the Best group of people after the Ambiyaa ( عليهم السلام ) i.e. The Noble Sahabah (رضي الله عنهم) , while these Ulama are silent?

But when an enemy of Islam dies as a Kaafir too , they pull the 'don't judge or revile card'.

Our Akaabir of the Ulama of Deoband waged war against the British to protect our Imaan and this is the way we repay the favour?

This Queen knighted the blasphemous Salmaan Rushdie who insulted our Nabi ﷺ, she knighted Tony Blair who has the blood of millions of Muslims on his hands. She was an oppressive, racist coloniser and thief who caused the suffering of continents!

Don't lose your honour and identity for a few extra pounds!

'My friends care for me. You [my parents] do not! I'm better off with them. Only they understand me, so stop telling me what to do in MY life.'

Very common and disrespectful statements from children these days..

Your helper (friend) is none but Allah and His Messenger and those who have believed - those who establish salaah and give zakah, and they bow [in worship].

If you have friends like those mentioned in the Ayah, then you have true friends. These friends direct you to what is good for you.
