when one completes the Quraan. Brothers have told me a certain person who is not a scholar said the Salaah won't be accepted due to the plot being stolen.
The eidgah started at 7:10am and ended way past 9. I'd like detailed clarity on this issue at hand?"

Response:
The Eid Salaah is valid. Regards to the plot being stolen, to be fair, the person who made the claim will have to present solid proofs, otherwise it has no weight. Similarly the response by an individual which contained a whole load of claims upon the one who made the initial statement that the property was stolen will also have to present proofs for all that was said about the underwears and so forth otherwise we just shooting hot air.
Our honourable Brother our Beloved Rasulullah ﷺ came as a mercy to the entire universe and did not like to attach difficulty upon the Ummah hence you are not to be reprimanded rather let's analyze the following with Emaan
Rasullullah ﷺ rebuked the Imaam, Hadhrat Muadh bin Jabal Radhiyallahu anhu when he (Radhiyallahu anhu) performed that which is Fardh i.e., the Esha Salaah but lengthened it by reading Surah Baqarah until a man left the Salaah and Hadhrat Muadh Radhiyallahu anhu was critical of him. When the news reached Rasullullah ﷺ, Rasulullah ﷺ rebuked Hadhrat Muadh bin Jabal Radhiyallahu Anhu *thrice* :
*_"You put them to trial! You put them to trial! You put them to trial_ !* "
Bukhari
This begs a major question, is the dua after eid Salaah Fardh or Sunnah?
Answer:
It is not from the Faraaidh nor from the Sunnah.
Fatawaa Rahimiyyah has concluded: that Dua after Eid prayer is permissible but must neither be emphasised upon nor assumed to be Sunnah [Fatawa Rahimiyyah, 6: 68-70, Dar al-Isha`at, Karachi]
If we take the view that it is permissible then still can we lengthen it to such an extent that we put people into a worrisome mode that they forced to leave being deprived of sitting for the Khutbah which is Sunnah Muakkadah (Check Fatawa Darul Uloom Deoband- Hadhrat Mufti Muhammed Shafee Saheb- Darul Isha'aat Karachi)
Consider the Hadith of Bukhari:
Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Abbas Radhiyallahu Anhu reported: I witnessed the prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr with Rasulullah ﷺ, peace and, and Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman, They performed the Salaah before the Khutbah, then would deliver the Khutbah.
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 979, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 884
Conclusion: Lengthening that which is not Sunnah whereby we put people into trial to such an extent that the a major Sunnah is left out, how do we then justify all this?
Are we doing all this for Allah Ta’ala's pleasure?
Quran - Surah No. 3 آل عمران
Ayah No. 31
Translation:
Say ( Prophetﷺ): If you do love Allah, follow me; Allah shall love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful."
Surely if we love Allah Ta'laa we would become the tabi'ah (calf) of Rasulullah ﷺ and follow our Beloved ﷺ immaculately.
Whose really turning people away from Deen? In the situation of Hadhrat Muadh bin Jabal Radhiyallahu Anhu lengthening the Esha Salaah, who was rebuked? The Imaam or the Musallee who left? Surely the Imaam! Did the Imaam get offended? And (Allah Ta'laa protect us from saying) comment on disunity. Nay, he was a Sahabi Radhiyallahu Anhu and immediately understood disunity is in going against the way of Rasulullah ﷺ!
On the one end we calling for the success of the Ijtima' and on the other end we driving new Muslims away? You say it's just one person? Do you know how concerned Rasulullah ﷺ will be of just one person on the Day of Qiyamah?
