قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - " «انْصُرْ أَخَاكَ ظَالِمًا أَوْ مَظْلُومًا "، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَنْصُرُهُ مَظْلُومًا، فَكَيْفَ أَنْصُرُهُ ظَالِمًا؟ قَالَ: " تَمْنَعُهُ مِنَ الظُّلْمِ، فَذَلِكَ نَصْرُكَ إِيَّاهُ» ". مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ

Nabi صلي الله عليه وسلم has said," Help your brother who is an oppressor or the oppressed. So someone enquired that I can assist him if he is oppressed, but how do I assist him if he is the oppressor? He صلي الله عليه وسلم said that you stop him from oppressing, that is your assistance to him."

If someone is oppressive, we should prevent him from the evil he is perpetuating to assist him to leave the sin of oppression.

In different ways, shaytaan strives to place us in difficulty, despair, despondency and fear. He encourages us to commit sins, with the reasoning: Make Taubah, Allah is Ghafur Raheem. When the sin is committed, he frightens us and creates despair, whispering: With your sins, there is no hope in gaining the Forgiveness of Allah Ta’ala. He plagues people with various whisperings and doubts, regarding their Imaan, Taharah and Ibaadaah … and this leads to unnecessary worry, anxiety and fear.

40. Help him if he is unable to mount a conveyance or to load something on it.

41. Do not occupy his seat by depriving him of it.

42. Where there are three persons the two of them should not talk to each other by ignoring the third person. It should be remembered that the rights up to No. 30 are of a special nature, but the holders of those rights are also entitled to the rights mentioned at 31 to 42.
