FRUSTRATION
The beneficial remedy for frustration is to read the anecdotes of the Saaliheen and Auliya. The heart derives strength and peace from this. Firmness increases. In addition, engage in some Thikrullaah on a regular basis. Recite Durood Shareef at least a hundred times daily. This will, Insha-Allah, prove very beneficial. Then make dua for fulfilment of your needs
and objectives and for elimination of the frustration. Repeat each request thrice. Regardless of whether the
objective is attained or not, dua exercises a very peaceful effect on the heart.
HAVEN OF SERENITY
RUINING CHILDREN
Children are mostly in the company and under the influence of their mother. If the mother does things behind her husband’s back and teaches her children to conceal her misdeeds from their father, she has opened the door for the moral ruin of her children.
Since such misdeeds are appealing to the nafs, the little children will interpret their mother’s actions as being proper and their father’s prohibition to be injustice and harshness.
They too will grow up in this mould. Cunning and deceit will become integral constituents of their character. The reformation of such children is indeed a gigantic task.

REMEDY
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Jibraeel taught me a medicine which obviates the need for any other medicine or for a physician.”
Hadhrat Abu Bakr, Hadhrat Umar, Hadhrat Uthmaan and Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhum) eagerly asked: “And, what is that medicine? We are in need of it.” Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
Q: I learnt that when I'm on safar then Jumuah salaah is not waajib on me. Do I have to read Jumuah or can I skip it?
Q: I heard that when I am a musaafir, I can combine my Zuhr salaah with Asr and Maghrieb with Esha. Is this correct?
INCORRECT BELIEFS

Some men think that if the left eye of a man and the right eye of a woman twitches then it is an indication of some imminent mishap or sorrow; or of happiness and good fortune if the twitching of the eyes is vice versa. This is totally wrong belief.
Golden advice
The rights of the wife are not confined to food and clothing. In addition, it is essential to keep her happy. Her happiness is of such importance that the fuqaha (jurists of Islam) have ruled that it is permissible to speak, even a lie to keep her happy. (By a 'lie' is meant a statement calculated to make her happy even though it be contrary to fact, but as long as the statement does not infringe on anyone's right nor does it bring about any violation of the Shariah, e.g. it will be permissible to express loye to the wife even though the husband's heart is devoid of love for her. - Translators).
